🎓 How to Complete the Process
Go to the "My CCU" → Online Graduation Clearance System(畢業生網路離校)

🎓 Diploma Collection

1. Eligible students may collect their bilingual (Chinese and English) diploma from the Registrar Section (Da-En Building, 10th Floor).

2. After collecting it, students may apply for an official English transcript (a processing fee applies).

3. For pickup by a representative, please prepare:

   • Their ID and your student ID or driver’s license

   • A signed authorization letter

【Important Notice】

☆ The university will be closed from February 6 to February 22.
If you have completed the online clearance process, you may still collect your diploma during this period.
If not, you will need to wait until the school reopens.
