During this event, we presented the Enthusiastic Participation Award

and Certificates of Appreciation from the Department Student Association

to recognize students who have actively participated in departmental activities and made valuable contributions throughout the academic year. Their enthusiasm, dedication, and willingness to support various events have greatly contributed to the development of a positive and vibrant learning environment within the department.

In addition to the award presentation, faculty members and staff provided an overview of important departmental regulations, academic requirements, graduation guidelines, and other essential information. Students were also reminded of key administrative procedures and resources available to support their academic journey. Through this session, we hope students gained a clearer understanding of departmental expectations and were better prepared for their future studies and campus life.

Furthermore, the Department Student Association shared information regarding upcoming elections and introduced plans for the next Student Association committee. Students were encouraged to participate in the voting process and consider becoming involved in future Student Association activities. This session provided valuable opportunities for students to learn more about student governance and contribute to the continued growth and development of the department community.

The event served not only as an opportunity to celebrate student achievements but also as a platform to strengthen communication between the department and its students.
