At the opening ceremony, Dr. Wang, Yu-Che, Director of Global Business Department, Chinese Culture University, welcomed honorable guests and participants, and shared the goals of this Conference. Dr. Wang Shu-Yin, Vice President, Chinese Culture University then gave her remarks about the significance of the conference in fostering dialogue on diverse global issues.

Following that, Chairman Dr. Fredrick F. Chien, Chiang Ching-kuo Foundation for International Scholarly Exchange, and Dr. Pongpaibool, Patamaporn, Panyapiwat Institute of Management, Thailand, highlighted the value of the conference in bringing people together to share ideas pertinent to artificial intelligence and ESG (Environmental, social, and governance).

Amb. Eugene Chien, President and Board Chairman of Taiwan Institute for Sustainable Energy, and Amb. Wenchyi Ong, Former Chairman of Chunghwa Post Co. and SinoPac Financial Holdings delivered the keynote speeches.
