PCCU provides a variety of on-campus housing for International, Overseas Chinese, Hong Kong and Macau Students. 

A NT$ 1,000 accommodation deposit is required upon check in.

*All of the dormitory room air conditioner requires a prepaid card( NT$500/ CARD) , each card provides 111 hrs of usage, you can purchase it at Clerical Section (Da-En 11F)*

Male Dormitory

• Da Zhuang Dormitory

 

Location: No. 55, Huagang Rd, Shilin District, Taipei City, 111

Situated next to the Administrative Building (Da En Hall), providing great convenience for residents to handle dormitory procedures.

Accommodation Fees: Studio-room: NT$15,700 per semester, standard rooms: NT$13,900 per semester。

Additionally, a NT$1,000 security deposit is required, refundable after completing the check-out process at the end of the semester.

• Da Lun Dormitory

Location:No. 55, Huagang Rd, Shilin District, Taipei City, 111

 Near Da Lun court and the Gymnasium (Da Xiao Hall).

A ride-share taxi stand is conveniently located in front of the dormitory entrance, and scooter parking is available just outside the campus gate nearby.

Accomodation Fee: NT$11,700 per semester. Additionally, a NT$1,000 security deposit is required, refundable after completing the check-out process at the end of the semester.

(It offers twin room, triple room, quad room , six person room)

• Da Ci Dormitory

Located behind Daya Dormitory, offering a quiet and peaceful environment.

Accommodation Fee: NT$10,600 per semester. Additionally, a NT$1,000 security deposit is required, refundable after completing the check-out process at the end of the semester.

(It offers triple room and quad)

*ONLY the 5F is for male dormitory ,the entance is at 5F*

Close to the student cafeteria, Cosmed, Family Mart, and a general goods store. The post office is located opposite the entrance of Da Dian Hall.
