📅 Undergraduate Programs: June 7 – September 12

🎓 How to Complete the Process
Go to the "My CCU" → Online Graduation Clearance System(畢業生網路離校)

🎓 Diploma Collection

1. Eligible students may collect their Chinese diploma from the Registrar Sections (Da-En 10F).

2. After collecting it, students may apply for an English graduation certificate (for a fee).

3. For pickup by a representative, please prepare:

   • Their ID and your student ID or driver’s license

   • A signed authorization letter

【Important Notice】

☆ The university will be closed from July 2 to July 13.
If you have completed the online clearance process, you may still collect your diploma during this period.
If not, you will need to wait until the school reopens.

☆ Office hours in July and August:
Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

☆ If you urgently need both the Chinese and English graduation certificates before the university break,
please collect your Chinese diploma by June 30, then immediately apply for an expedited English certificate.
If you apply before 12:00 noon, same-day pickup is possible; otherwise, it will be ready the next day.
