Please note the graduation certificate collection period and graduation clearance procedures below:
📌【畢業證書領取期限】 Graduation Certificate Collection Period
◆ 碩士班（Master's Program）
115年6月6日至115年7月30日
June 6, 2026 – July 30, 2026
◆ 學士班（Bachelor's Program）
115年6月6日至115年9月11日
June 6, 2026 – September 11, 2026
※ 修習非四年級課程之學士班學生，最早可於2026年7月13日（星期一）領取畢業證書。
※ For undergraduate students taking courses that are not specifically designated for senior-year students, the earliest date to collect the graduation certificate is July 13, 2026 (Monday).
📌【線上離校手續】 Online Graduation Clearance
請依照學校公告之離校流程辦理：
Please complete the graduation clearance process according to the university's official instructions:

其中，「系所要求與其它事務」項目請完成本系專屬問卷填寫，並請務必於領取畢業證書前至少兩個工作天完成，以利系辦公室進行審核。
For the item "系所要求與其它事務", please complete the department survey. The survey must be submitted at least two working days before collecting your graduation certificate to allow sufficient time for departmental review.

自本學期起，中國文化大學將提供紙本及數位版畢業證書。
在領取畢業證書之前，請務必先觀看以下教學影片，了解如何儲存及使用數位畢業證書。
